Since its' founding in 1986, Commercial Signs has been committed to serving Atlanta and the Southeast region by being a full service sign company. Although our firm and capabilities have grown considerably over the years, we purposely maintain a small organizational structure. This strategy has been key to our success with customers and it also fosters a relaxed working environment for our valued employees.
What Makes Us Different
A lot of sign companies claim to be a "full service" operation who can design, fabricate, install, and service…but are they really?. Nobody wants to be considered as being just a banner shop with limited capabilities so they claim to offer everything. The question the consumer has to ask however is can this sign company actually do everything themselves or is it just a false claim. Most sign companies you'll encounter only have the capability of making vinyl signs such as banners, yard signs, magnets, and digital printing. For everything else, they act more like a broker. They simply purchase your sign from a catalog or wholesale manufacturer, mark up the price, and resell it to you. For installation and service, they subcontract the work to a local company like us or may even hire a guy with a pickup truck and an extension ladder. Don't put your business image in the hands of a company who has no control over your sign project. At Commercial Signs, we are more than a full service company and actually do everything in-house. Our manufacturing facility not only includes a 60 inch digital printer, plotter, and laminator but also boasts a computerized routing machine, metal brake, channel letter notcher, channel letter bender, multiple welders, and a paint booth. Our fleet includes two 55ft bucket trucks and one 65ft crane. Best of all, we've assembled a staff of over twenty employees who are the most skilled and experienced sign experts in the region. So be informed and shop the others first. Ask to see where they make lighted signs and find out if they have their own installation crews. At the beginning of each project, your salesperson will discuss your unique specifications, your deadline, and your bottom line. As part of our service, we will contact each municipality involved with your location to ensure you receive every inch of advertising space you deserve. We will also obtain any permits that are required. Once the design approved, production will begin with an approved permit and a 50% deposit. As we move from manufacturing to installation, you can expect clear communication and to be "in the loop" when it comes to the status of your signage. We know that partnering with a reliable sign company allows you to focus on more important elements of your business and what you do best.

We are an Underwriters Laboratories approved sign company. Unlike other sign companies, you will not pay a premium for UL approved sign work. Again, our commitment is to be a full-service sign shop capable of handling your every need, even under the most stringent requirements.
We promise premium protection for our valued customers and depending on the product will warrant our signs against defective workmanship and materials to the original owner for a period of up to three years from the date of shipment or installation. If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Commercial Signs will repair or replace the defective part(s) in a timely manner at no charge to the Purchaser.
